GRIEVANCE
If you have a grievance with an intake person, a conflict coach, mediator, consultant, arbitrator, an employee of Peacemaker Ministries, and/or an independent contractor of Peacemaker Ministries. Peacemaker Ministries takes these grievance allegations very seriously. All allegations will need to be put in writing using the grievance form.

Peacemaker Ministries Grievance Process
Step #1 (Private and Direct):
Go Directly to the person you have a grievance with and try to reconcile your differences between the two of you. (If abuse is involved in this grievance skip step #1)
Step #2 (Help From Peacemaker Staff):

Note: They will ask you to put in writing your grievance before proceeding.
(If the problem is with a Peacemaker Staff Member and you do not feel comfortable using Peacemaker Ministries Staff Please Go to Step #3)
